1. Underwriting of loan applications by checking CIBIL, banking, Financials & Other details.
2. Review and Analyze the loan application as per internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize the risk factors and decision making thereafter.
3. Analysis of Credit worthiness of loan application under commercial lending.
4. Financial analysis, Industry analysis, Market position analysis, Liquidity analysis, solvency analysis, and Performance Analysis.
5. Risk assessment, debt to income ratio, credit and income analysis.
6. Review initial loan application - verify loan, borrower information.
7. Due diligence (off and on record) with the view of debt repayment capabilities of the entity.
8. Managing Post Decision Documents (PDD) of loan applications & publishing weekly and monthly MIS for PDD.
